My client needed a warm, comfortable costume for a winter charity event and we decided that the Fairy Godmother from Disney's Cinderella was a good fit.

The material chosen for the main body of the costume was a polar fleece that provided both warmth and a dramatic drape to the skirt and top. Care was taken to fit the wearer, and the pattern was drafted freehand.

​

The sleeves and the hood were both lined with a smooth pink poly-satin for the correct color and to facilitate the finishing of all of the seams. This costume is also completely machine washable.
