The front face of each trophy is an etched acrylic on a dark background, and each subsequent layer in a different color of 1/8 acrylic themed after different super-powers or "element".

 

The trophies were assembled using brass hex offset screws so that the pieces remained rigid while also helping to spread the layers out. The space between the layers gave each piece a larger, substantial feeling.
